Home Inspections, LLC. (HILLC) is still a My Safe Florida Home (MSFH) Wind Certification Entity (WCE.)  We will stop doing Wind Mitigation Inspections on Oct 31, 2007.  This is the originally scheduled end of the contract.  All assigned inspections that have not been completed and appropriately reported to DBDDS by October 31, 2007, will be returned to the Department for reassignment.

The reputation of our employees and our company is priceless.  Home Inspections, LLC is a Christian company and our Christian beliefs map our standards, values, ethics and procedures. Never have we felt a need for press releases or defend our reputation before.

In the past few weeks there were articles in the press about the My Safe Florida Home Program and Home Inspections, LLC.   These articles question our inspector training and qualifications and our quality assurance program.  This Press Release has information that news media did not have when these articles were written.   HILLC went to great lengths to ensure the integrity of the information we supply to the My Safe Home Program and for the home owners in the State of Florida.

• HILLC provides training far beyond the RFP submitted to the Department of financial services for the MSFH program.

• HILLC firmly believes the results of our audit are highly inaccurate and we are currently disputing the findings.
• HILLC went above and beyond what the state required in our Quality Assurance program.

• We improved upon our original proposal by creating a training program of 10 “mock inspections” that each inspector was required to complete prior to MSFH inspections.  This enabled us to make sure all inspectors were completing inspections accurately, consistently, and thoroughly.
• HILLC has a policy of measuring to the inch and taking a minimum of 5 photos of every home inspected. 

·         HILLC performed 1200 Quality Assurance phone calls to monitor inspectors performance, customer service and professionalism. 

Home Inspections, LLC will continue to provide quality My Safe Florida Home inspections in Central Florida and maintain our excellent customer service standards through out our completion of this contract.
